1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Once a purchase is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please ensure your details are correct before completing your purchase.

2. Before You Purchase

We encourage all participants to carefully review the event details, tier benefits, schedule, and any requirements before completing their registration. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the event details and agree to this no-refund policy.

3. Event Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event that we cancel an event entirely, all paid enrollees will receive a full refund. Refunds in this case will be initiated within 5 business days of the cancellation announcement and returned to the original payment method.

4. Free Tier Enrollments

Free tier enrollments do not involve any payment and are therefore not subject to this refund policy.
