Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Refund requests made within this 14-day window will be processed in full, no questions asked.
After 14 days from your purchase date, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window, send an email to support@lazuar.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address used during enrollment
- The name of the event
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout. You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund has been issued.
4. Event Cancellation by Organizer
If we cancel an event entirely, all paid enrollees will receive a full refund regardless of the 14-day refund window. Refunds in this case will be initiated automatically within 5 business days of the cancellation announcement.
