1. Data We Collect

When you enroll in an event, we collect the following:

• Full name — to identify you as a participant
• Email address — to deliver access details, receipts, and event reminders
• Phone number (WhatsApp) — to deliver access links and event reminders

2. How We Use Your Data

Your personal data is used solely to:

• Confirm your enrollment and deliver event access
• Send event reminders and schedule updates
• Deliver tier-specific materials after the event
• Communicate important changes about the event

We will never sell your personal data to third parties or use it for unrelated marketing without your explicit consent.

3. Third-Party Services

We share limited data with the following services to operate the event:

• Paddle (paddle.com) — payment processing. Paddle receives your email as part of the checkout process and acts as Merchant of Record on behalf of Lazuar Solutions.
• WhatsApp / Meta — message delivery. Your phone number is used to send access details via WhatsApp Business API.
• Resend (resend.com) — email delivery. Your email address is used to send registration confirmations, receipts, and event reminders.

4. Data Retention

Your enrollment data is retained for 12 months after the event date for administrative and support purposes. After this period, your personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

5. Your Rights (PDPA 2010)

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
• Withdraw consent for data processing

This enrollment page does not use cookies for advertising or tracking purposes. Paddle's checkout overlay may use functional cookies required for payment processing.
