1. What You Are Purchasing

When you enroll in one of our events, you are purchasing access to a digital live workshop. This is not a physical product. Your purchase grants you access to the scheduled live session and any tier-specific digital materials (e.g., recordings, source code, cheatsheets) as described on the enrollment page.

2. Delivery Method

Access details — including joining links, downloadable materials, and any private group invitations — will be delivered to you via WhatsApp and/or email after your enrollment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information during registration.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase access to our events. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may participate only with verifiable parental or guardian consent. By completing your registration, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Ticket Transferability

Your enrollment is non-transferable. You may not sell, resell, gift, or transfer your access to another person. Each registration is tied to the name, email, and phone number provided during enrollment. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who is not the original registered participant.

5. Intellectual Property & Recording

All workshop content — including but not limited to presentations, recordings, source code, templates, and supplementary materials — remains the intellectual property of the organizer. Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use the materials for your own learning.

You may not redistribute, resell, publicly share, screen-record, or rebroadcast any part of the live session or materials without prior written consent. The organizer may record the live session for distribution to eligible tier holders. By participating, you consent to being included in such recordings (your camera and microphone may be captured if enabled during the session).

6. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully during live sessions. The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who is disruptive, abusive, or engages in harassment — without refund. This includes but is not limited to: spamming the chat, sharing inappropriate content, impersonating others, or attempting to distribute the session link to unauthorized individuals.

7. Technical Requirements

Participation in our events requires a stable internet connection, a modern web browser, and a device capable of streaming video. It is your responsibility to ensure your technical setup meets these requirements before the event. We are not responsible for any inability to participate due to your internet connection, device incompatibility, power outages, or other technical issues on your end.

8. Limitation of Liability

The content delivered in our workshops is educational in nature and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from applying the knowledge shared. Your use of any techniques, tools, or strategies discussed is at your own risk.

9. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions on behalf of Lazuar Solutions. Your payment relationship for purchases is with Paddle, not directly with Lazuar Solutions. Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction. 10. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. After 14 days, all sales are final. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

11. Event Changes & Cancellation by Organizer

We reserve the right to modify event schedules, speakers, or content. If significant changes are made, enrolled participants will be notified via WhatsApp and/or email.

In the event of a full cancellation by the organizer, all paid enrollees will receive a full refund regardless of the 14-day window.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
